Participation Waiver
All participants must sign before playing. Minors require a parent or legal guardian signature.
PAINTBALL 2 GO LLC — PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I understand the inherent risks involved in paintball, gellyball, archery tag, axe throwing, and other activities offered by Paintball 2 Go LLC ("PB2GO"). These activities carry a risk of serious injury. I hereby waive, release, and discharge PB2GO, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action on account of any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in these activities. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and guidance provided by PB2GO staff and referees. I grant PB2GO permission to use any photographs or video taken during my participation for promotional purposes. I acknowledge I have read and understood the terms of this waiver. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf. This waiver is valid for one calendar year from the date of signing.
Field Rules & Safety Guidelines
- Every player must have a signed waiver or have one on file prior to playing. If a player is under 18 years of age, the waiver must be signed by the player's parent or legal guardian. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- All field fees or gun rentals must be paid in advance of playing.
- "FIELD PAINT ONLY" in all guns.
- Do not attempt to adjust the Paintball gun or Gelly Ball gun velocity.
- Eye protection (approved safety goggles) must be worn at all times when on the field and in any area posted "GOGGLES ON". NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Violators are subject to being ejected from the game. (Flagrant or repeated violators will be ejected from the playing area.)
- Barrel plugs/socks must be used at all times that you are not engaged in a game.
- NO shooting (or dry firing) in the staging area.
- Do not shoot at signs, vehicles, houses, outside the arena or off the property.
- No alcohol or illegal drugs allowed.
- No profanity is allowed (on the field or in the staging area).
- Obey the referee! The final call is theirs. The referee is there for your safety.
- Never, ever touch a referee! This is cause for ejection from the area.
- Do not shoot someone at ranges of less than 15 feet.
- If you shoot at a player and hit him, STOP SHOOTING!!! Excessive shooting will cause you to be ejected from the game.
- If you are hit, put your barrel plug/sock on your marker, raise the marker over your head, and exit the playing field quickly. A barrel plug/sock indicates you are out for that game.
- If you are injured, notify a referee immediately. They will assist you and see that appropriate medical aid is summoned.
- Make sure your gear and personal effects are secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Some of our activities can be physically demanding. Know your physical limitations.
- It's just a game. Remember to keep your sense of humor and be a good sport. We want a family-friendly environment.
- Follow any additional guidance given to you by Paintball 2 Go staff and/or referee.
- The minimum age to play at this field is 8 years old, additionally determined by the game being played.
